There's a secret double jump in this game. When you do heavy attack as you jump, it propells you up like a double jump.

A small tip about absorbing the blue and green orbs… Green ones refill 1 charge of your gourd while the blue ones refill it completely! So before absorbing them make sure your gourd isn’t full…

Althought... what are the odd that your health is running low outside of a battle while a shrine is 30 seconds of walking away from any direction. My experience involved either got one shot by some surprise elite enemy, or always having a full gourd.

The chapter one is based by the story of Elder Jinchi that got greedy for kasayas, and he really want Wukong master kasaya, Then one of his disciple gave him plan to burn Wukong and master place but something wrong happen and the fire burn the entire temple, Even the black bear confuse why Jinchi have such greed for kasaya despite being monk

It was Wukong himself who spread fire to the entire temple and cover his master with the fireproof mantle that he borrowed. Tang Sanzang was very mad at Wukong for choosing violence to resolve someone's greed. The story here was kinda reinvented, saying that lots of monk dies by the fire, but in fact, Jinchi was the only death in the book.

Dont be scared to fully charge the perch charge attack as long as you have stamina always fully charge attacks more damage

The ones who said its like god of war are never playing dark soul games thats why, this game is exactly dark soul but minus limited stamina and massive damage from bosses. If you want to made this game like dark soul just dont increase your stamina (in darksoul you can only dodge or attack like 3-5x until run out of stamina) and use weakest armor (so you can took more damage like in darksoul)

One of the best games this year, with amazing combat and progression. However, the level design is one of the worst I seen in a AAA game. The invisible walls everywhere, where it clearly looks like you can go is very bad design, especially by 2024 standards. In a game that has MANY secrets, it is a massive negative.
