I was in a psych unit for a year in 2017/18 because of a suicide attempt due to PTSD and I still really struggle with suicidal thoughts... but watching this honestly made me realise how much that act will have hurt those I love and has really helped me confirm to myself that I will never act on those thoughts ever again. Thank you for both being so honest and real. Youre both wonderful and I really hope that one day I'll get to meet you.

Another comment because I've come to the question of suicide...My best most beautiful friend committed suicide when we were 25 yrs old because he was gay and couldn't handle what he thought would be devastating to his father if he came out. It destroyed me. His mother committed suicide two years after he did because she just couldn't move forward without her beautiful son. My heart still hurts after 28 yrs. He was beautiful and magical and I loved him so much!!

When you guys mentioned suicide, started to tear up a bit because I am currently a college student and haven't self harmed in a few weeks. But I have that thought of suicide almost a daily and have acted upon it before. But I got a little reassurance when you talked about your struggle as well.
