This is very encouraging I'm thinking of buying one of the programs but I'm eond ring if this applies to me? I have autoimmune disease Hypothyroidism and alopecia areata and food sensitivities and Ibs and other chronic issues I have gotten rid of perfume sensitivies and dizziness ( I just don't know if your program appliesn to the autoimmune issues I mentioned above

Reem it definitely sounds like you have TMS. I haven't categorized all those conditions as TMS but most of them. And the fact that you have so many TMS -type conditions tells me that it's most likely all just stress-based. And deep down, you know it's true. Yes we can help if you are open.
