Unboxing the June 2022 Sew Sampler Sewing Subscription Box from ‪@FatQuarterShopTX‬. This is a monthly sewing subscription box that typically features a pattern, some fabric, some notions, and a block of the month program (you bring the fabric - they give you the block pattern). The cost versus value of the box is typically pretty good. The box costs about $31.39, which includes shipping in the United States. Overall, the value typically ranges between $50 and $60 dollars and features products from well known designers.

I love the pins I received probably my favorite part of the box. I ordered pins from Amazon and they were very thick so I'm glad to receive some good ones for quilting. Was not thrilled with the pattern will probably pass this one along eventually. The pub was very cute.

first...your nails look great. i have a burning question for you. WHAT is the design on the sail away pattern??? i have not received mine to study it. i have heard it is...boats, birds, flowers or bats???? what is your opinion? i hope to join you in the sew along for the new bom. my plan is to use fig tree fabrics i already have. the kit was not in the budget for me. i over indulged in a sherri & chelsi kit and some of their older fabric lines that i stumbled upon. (i have been a bit obsessed with this wonderful mom/daughter design team. i have now collected quilt quantities for 11 of their past fabric lines and all of sherri's books ) thanks for another fun unboxing.

You know, I have *NO* clue what these blocks are supposed to be. I don't get the 'sail away' name. I guess maybe they could look like an arial view of a sail boat underway...but I'm not seeing it!

I really like the fabric. I need ti ask a quick question. A friendof mine asked me and I told her that I only get 2 boxes but I would ask others. She only has money 4 1 box. What box would you suggest. She does do some sewing and some quilting.

It depends on her budget and what she wants out of a box. Sew Sampler is affordable, and always quality items/designer fabric.
