How do you keep up with a KZbin channel with 5 kids? I'm impressed!!! Question for you. I'm sick of Quicken. It's glitchy at best. I'm looking for a budgeting software that has a check book register. Quicken is the only one I've found that has one, the only reason I stick with it. Any recommendations for another one that's better that also has one? Thanks!

I live in Utah and I would die to have that low of a mortgage payment! You’re so lucky 😭

We are lucky. We put a huge amount down on our house because we wanted to keep our monthly mortgage under 25% of our take home pay. If we couldn't have done that we'd have bought a smaller house. But, this was our 2nd home and we had equity in our first. Being a first time home buyer now would be hard!

I don't personally use Monarch Money, just the spreadsheet. I have several clients who use Monarch, so I'm familiar with it and have filmed several videos about it.
