Some people could be going through the same problems, and just hearing that someone who seems like they have it all together also goes through the same things is helpful in itself. I've stuck with you because I've always known that you're a genuine person despite any negative feedback that you've gotten for your "superficial"/polished look. But I've also have been waiting for more personal and political commentary (because e v e r y t h i n g is political). And we can learn how to not only take care of ourselves, but also those around us. Thank you SO much for mentioning 13th and the Hinson autobiography! I remember you mentioning 13th last year and it actually inspired me to watch it. Even though I'm Black, I still wasnt aware of just HOW unjust the criminal justice system is towards people of color. I’m honestly surprised at how eloquent Jenn is. Other youtubers tend to have to chop their footage and cut it mid-sentence because they either have a hard time getting their point across, or because they drag on, blabber, etc. And while that doesn’t make the content bad, you can see the difference. Great video, as always, and can’t wait for the next ones! One of my favorites this month is a Netflix serie called Mr Sunshine, the story takes place in Korea in the early 20th century, we follow different characters with different stories and background, there is action and revenge and love and struggle and honestly everything! I don’t know if the historic part is exactly accurate or not, but the plot is super interesting and it feels like i’m also learning a little bit of the korean culture and history as well! Stay true to yourself Jenn, that’s the most important thing :)

Really is an eye-opener, and shows that, and how, biases, segregation, racial profiling,and poverty is institutionalized; and how the system and law is used as a justification for such awful and wrongful behavior/actions. Such an important documentary that everyone should watch.

Jennn, I remember your reflective video after the election, and I'm so proud of you for continuing to speak on difficult societal issues. Also, please don't be too hard on yourself regarding what you think viewers want to see from you! Hearing you say that you are wanting to be more vocal about your beliefs is really encouraging! I’ve been working really hard this past year to be more assertive and confident in my convictions and it’s been really hard and it’s kinda cool and inspiring to hear other people going through a similar experience.
