I completely understand where you are coming from with the bank lines, using the ATM helps a little. My husband and I found that we were less willing to spend money when it was physical cash. We saved so much for our move to Seattle, which helped with the stress of the move cross country.

I'm the same way as well I have to use cash! . I normally use Apple pay for every thing and it's even worse than the cards because now even if I leave my card home I'm still able to purchase and it never register how much I'm spending until it's too late 😩😩
