I do have some fun recipes planned. I am glad to hear you are enjoying following my step challenge. I am excited to see what the results will be too, but I didn’t set a goal beyond just doing it as I didn’t want to add extra stress and pressure to my life right now. I’ll be happy with whatever results I get.

I hate you are in so much pain. I can tell it’s rough on you. I love soup and chili year round so I can relate to your first dinner 😊 I hope you can rest your hands this weekend and feel better.

It’s nice to know that someone else eats soup in the summer too. Chilli sounds amazing right now. I might have to make a big batch soon. I see the specialist again on Tuesday so we’ll see what he says. All the walking has been helping in the mental health department so I don’t feel as down about it as I did. It’s still hard to be in pain every day. I can’t imagine what it would be like if is was still eating a SAD diet. The inflammation would probably be a lot worse.
