This is my dream home! ❤Big living room with a cozy fireplace. Beautiful kitchen with tons of cabinets. Very large sink in the utility room. Nice sized closets in all the guest bedrooms. I love the master tub & shower. That window brightens up the master closet. I wouldn't change anything about this home.

I like this one. Love that you can't see the kitchen from the living room. I LOVE all those cabinets. I could fill up every one of them and more. There is one thing that I do not like and that the master bedroom door is in the living room.

The windows with the wide molding, plus the rock accent and porch really makes this exterior. It has a nice entrance, absolutely wonderful kitchen. Love the master bath and closet...overall a great home. I loved it! Comparing it with the price of other homes, for the look and the size, in my opinion the price wasn't bad... Thank you Chance.

Wow, that kitchen!! Wow, that laundry room!! Wow, those guest bedrooms are huge!! Love that master door placement. All hardwoods!! Frosted window over master bathtub!! Uhhhhh that shower. Are you kidding?? This house is perfection and gorgeous. I think I might ask for a light gray instead of white, but other than that, this home is so perfect (for lack of a better word!!).

Wiping the slobber off my chin! I love that kitchen!!! Finally enough drawers!!! First time I ever saw and electric outlet in a master closet and they need them. I know that mean with watch collections, need and box run by electric to keep the watches in motion so they think they are being worn and so keep functioning. Or if you have plenty of space just using half the closet, the other half could be a sewing area. I love the home and linen areas in both bathrooms, a big laundry room. Terrific.

You are correct about that kitchen there are more cupboards (ca-BIRDS) there than anyone would ever need ! Cupboards are better than a dumb old pantry anyway. 😉

I’m. just a visually impaired house wife married to my husband since z1982. We currently live near Norris Lake in fact we’re close to Clayton Homes. I may be nearly blind but we have some friends who have a lovely modular home which changed my mind about them! Yours is 1 of 2 channels in this area and the only one I actually bing watch!' His job has kept us moving quite a bit, moving back to Tennessee, which is my.husbands homeland and where we met and started out together". Believe me and my husband will confirm that I would not have a problem putting things in.everyone of those kitchen cupboards and cabinets!!!! Just Saying, Jen

The dining room is large enough for a table of eight! Not to keen on the beams at the entrance. WOW, the kitchen is amazing! The main bedroom and bathroom are well thought out on design. Great job Chance.

ABSOLUTELY the best one i have seen in a while! just perfect. love the kitchen - who the heck needs a pantry w all those cupboards? i would put a double vanity in 2nd bath, bc sharing w three bedrooms. and take out one window by the fr door to fit a fr closet. just my personal preference. i might be in love!

This one is nice. I would give up some of those cabinets for a pantry and have only one sink in the main bedroom. Loving the hardwood floors and the laundry room. I'm a single grandma that need space for my family. One thing that I would like to see in all of these homes is office space. Many of us are working from home on a permanent basis. I'm a virtual tech and this is a must for me.

Had no problems with this house! Love the outside. The inside was nice also and it's been a little while but finally a bench in the shower A+ now it just needs a garage!

Very nice house. I can't believe how many cabinets that kitchen has. The smaller bedrooms looked pretty nice in size. Loved seeing a shower bench in the Master Bathroom, as well as the frosted window by the tub 👍. The stone trim around the fireplace has a nice natural feel to it. And plenty of space to include an upright freezer in the laundry room along with a large sink. The base price is good.

I love the layout of that doublewide. I like that it has straight level ceilings & sheetrock & panel doors throughout.. just like a regular site-built ranch home. The home would be perfect for setting up on a poured basement on some acreage in the country. Once it's installed on a basement on private land with a garage and outbuildings... its would be just like a regular farm house.

OMG the kitchen has twenty-two drawers, though some were small, it still counts. I know there were some on the island but I didn't get to see the front of it. Most kitchens in these homes only have four, but this one wow we hit the bonanza. I like lots of drawers. The guest bedrooms are roomy and so are the closets. The master bathroom's shower so snazy and pretty, loved those tiles. Amazing home.

I would probably put a hall rack (I think that's what it's called) with hooks, a bench and little cubbies underneath for shoes and whatnot. Or, a hall table with small drawers as a landing spot for keys, mail, etc. and a mirror above the table.

I LOVE this home & I want it so bad!!!!! The front porch with those big windows on each side of the door just blew me away as soon as I saw it!!! Perfect spot for a big Christmas Tree in front of that big window right beside the front door. The Kitchen is absolutely Perfect & Large Dining Room too with Coffee Bar. Love the layout & all the Bedrooms are nice sized. Good sized Second Bathroom with plenty of room for anyone using a walker or parents giving kids baths or fur babies. Master Bedroom is nice ( could be a little larger but big enough for King Bedroom Suit ). Master Bathroom is very nice & love the Closet but would double rack it & add a chest of drawers in the middle. If I was ordering instead of buying off lot would do away with stand alone tub & add make-up vanity in that spot & also do away with water closet & just have a half wall separating that area. But this is absolutely Winston’s BEST Home!!! Thanks so much Chance for finally getting to show us this home & telling us where to find it, be it will be sold by the time this posts!!! 😍
