Those exercises look so simple but as a 73 year old woman who has not jumped in years I was amazed at how difficult these were. Just getting the feet off the ground was a chore. I can see how these will really strengthen the legs and aid in movement.. you might want to do a real beginner set of these. Most of us have retired from sedentary desk jobs. I came from a tennis background but had not played for about 20 years. The strokes came back quickly but the moving on the court did not. Now I know why. Thank you.Happy New Year
