I tried and I tried. They simply don't operate that way. Unfortunately, it had to be fixed. It's kind of crazy considering it came this way from the factory. Thank you!

They might come at you for not pulling a proper vaccum.. go for 500 in a perfect world but under 900 is ok for the decay process
