@warmowed This is exactly that place! This is the same place but different coffee station. This is the only place I've ever done any coffee/expresso work in my life haha it was a random thing but I said I could do it. Mostly the plumbing and electrical but if that machine breaks down, they need to call someone else. I was there for a leaking vacuum breaker but once I saw the condition of everything else, I mentioned that they need to upgrade some things because it is unacceptable.I hear you with that! Always put towel or plastic bag or piece of cardboard on drain to awoid searching for parts that will be crucial to complete task. It will prevent a lot of headache

Why does the espresso machine need a pump. Can it work without one. I have always seen this set up but don't know why.

@sherwinalvarez7365 I don't work on any coffee machines but I saw someone comment in the previous video I made saying that a pump is needed because the expresso grind is so fine and compact that it needs the pump to make it's way through the make the expresso. I'm honestly not sure but I do know everything there needed an update and not be on the floor 😂 This was a temporary setup. I'll be back to do this the way I'd like.
