I am going to try this , dog, cat bird tip. Any tips on lolasana? Thank you for explaining such clear and useful ways of trying "seemingly" easy poses.

Glad you found this helpful! Lolasana is a bridging moment in the hop forward & is a really fun pose to practice. Core & arm strength are key, as is allowing the relaxation of your hips & pelvis (often this is the hardest part).

ya they always rush through this transition and chaturanga, at home you can learn better, the studio is keep up with mrs jones and the yoga teachers ego who does not know anatomy

are there options for savasana on your tummy? on the back has been forced for me over the decades...thanks

@@naturelover1284 You absolutely can take rest on your tummy. We would recommend either resting your head on top of your hands, or cactus-ing the arms & turning your head to one side. Try bending one leg (half frog) while lying prone. Extra level of comfort : Using a bolster or cushion under your hips and feet 😊
