There is a slight error. The Quran explains the event of Adam which means Islam and Muslims were in every era. There were messengers in every cohort. It completed on Prophet Muhammad that there will be no more transfer of message from the Lord.

A "Muslim" means the one who submits his will to God. We say Moses, Jesus, Noah PBUT were Muslims not because they came with "Islam" and followed "Islam" they submitted their will to God. That's why they are called Muslims. Islam began with Mohammad PBUH in 7th century, (Muslims didn't began in 7th century, Islam did). Mohammad PBUH's message was to revive the way of being a Muslim not to create another religion.

Are you out of your mind? No one was Muslim before Islam bro. prophet Mohd wasn't a Muslim either until he coined Islam. There have to be set rules to follow a religion, and it's just not possible otherwise.

@V97 not true. I respect the fact that it's your sole understanding but it's not exactly right. Islam is religious created by Mohd. And the followers of mohd are Muslims. Now most religions believe in God. They can't all be Muslims such as Jews for instance. They're Jews because they believe in Judiac faith hence they're nor Muslims just because they like submitting to God. And you're saying all the prophets were Muslims before the advent of Islam? That's purely one track mindset and not an intellectual thought process. Adam, Noah, Abraham etc were not Muslims.
