I actually have extra trackers for June! Normally I just have habits, highs and lows of each day, and finances, but this month I've also included a meal tracker and a tracker for my pain, stress, energy, and mood levels each day. Since I've graduated from uni I will have a lot more time on my hands and I want to use that time to focus on myself and my well-being. I'm hoping these trackers will help me learn more about myself and how to take care of me.
