Hi hi! I'm from AZ as well! You actually inspired me to start drawing again. I took some art courses during my time at ASU and after graduating with my Bachelor of Arts I fell into a deep depressed state and stopped drawing and doing any kind of art. I'm finally digging myself out of that hole. I feel super rusty and still feel like I have so much to learn. Figure drawing is my favorite and I've been trying to find courses or resources to help me get back into the spring of drawing again regularly. Do you have any suggestions on tutorials or references that would be helpful? Your art style is absolutely gorgeous and I love your videos! Thanks so much! 💜

HI!! it's so fun to see more people from AZ watching my vids that's so crazy :O!! I'm really sorry that you fell into that state, I've been there and it's no fun at all. I would definitely recommend youtube tutorials (though, with a grain of salt). I've used skillshare a little (not spons) and they do have a wide range of figure drawing. If you have access to the library they might have some reference material there! Actually, for unique figure drawing exercises (and when I don't have access to live models) I use kpop dance fancams, they have interesting poses and there's videos that focus on the whole body, so maybe you could try that! Sorry I'm not super helpful on this but those are some ideas. I'm also doing schoolism with a bunch of art friends and that's a good art resource though I'd definitely recommend splitting the cost with a group of people since it's a bit pricy. But thank you so much for the kind words and I'm wishing you all the best!!!
