Get a Mila air purifier for your place! I love them! You can see your in home air quality in real time and it adjusts to clean your air constantly. They have a bevy of different, legit HEPA filters and one is even called the Mama-to-be! Plus, they’re stylish. Love my two. One in the living room, one in the kid’s room and I want more. Wanted to share with you that I am 23 weeks pregnant and the coaches at F45 have been AWESOME with helping me modify everything for pregnancy. I even sometimes go to the cardio classes and just take it super smooth and slow so if you're really loving your gym you can totally make it work pregnant.
