@@XtineRoseElle it's good for boosting the immune system. I take both whenever I start to feel sick. Obviously I'm not a Dr so you'd want to be mindful of allergies etc but I swear by them! Goldenseal is another that I like.

Flying always gets me sick too That’s fascinating about the mystery component for your degree I also wake up at 2-3 - but I just lie awake in the dark and plan the day lol - chill stories sounds like a great idea

The ASMR stories sounds great. The Headspace App has sleepcast stories that have this vibe but are very short. I sometimes listen to the white noise sounds when I sleep because there is a droning quality specifically what they call brown noise which sounds so silly but they distinguish by color. I adore the ideas you have for this. Always love hearing how you are doing and what new ideas you're sitting with. Wishing you a smooth recovery!

LOVE LOVE Miss Honey Bee! My 12 year old Pom is named Honey and we call her Honey Bunny! I love all of your videos and kind of prefer when creators have ONE channel vs two....only because sometimes I don't see a video went up on their other channel and miss it. But either way works. Those sticker books are so cute, getting one. Hope you feel better soon!
