I've got to say, I found this channel pretty recently, and I absolutely love the in-depth reviews of these older games. I love the aesthetics of previous decades, so seeing love be given to these interesting games really makes my day. Keep it up!

Good to see you in 2024. Maybe this could be reworked into a Sabrewulf maze game,

This actually looks like a fun time and unique in gameplay, it has a high possibility of not repeating the same layout those making the replay value go up. Plus lets be honest, jungle themes are awesome in board games

Yes, Jungle themes are one of my favourite - check out Warhammer's crazily difficult Lost Patrol if you've not seen it.

Kind of reminds me of Jailbreak.

Definite similarities - I hugely prefer Jailbreak though as there's much more variables to think about strategically (if only the tiles were on thicker card!)

Theme is great, mechanism ok, but lack of art work very large minus.

We can add this to the marathon of games youʼve reviewed that Iʼve yet to get played! Maybe this one will be easier to get going, with its flexible player count. The warning about the misaligned paths is noted. So are your misgivings about the gameplay, but still I look forward to trying it out. That said, it might be cool to see a remake, with both higher production values and some additional strategic wrinkles - maybe special action cards “dug out” from “hidden treasure” spaces or something like that. Anyway, thanks for guiding us through this Jungle!
