Can I run Trainer with Game Disc running? or do I really need to have the Game disc backed up onto the Xbox HDD?

Man i have a very nice idea invoving trainers, but I dont know how to create them if I already have both the Hex codes to change and the code to replace... please would you help me with that info? and please reupload the Xored

Got it to work I had some corrupt trainers I guess I just put the ones I needed instead of all of them and it worked
