Windy Hill Auto Parts is one of the unspoken secrets by Minnesotan and Midwest Classic Car Collectors, Hot Rod, and Rat Rod Builders. Beau Bazzan from the Delinquents car club joins Bill Owen from Mnpctech in exposing and exploring this legendary junkyard. Beau builds 1920s are Hot Rods in St.Paul, Minnesota.
There is several hundred classic cars in this old salvage from the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s. You can also find vintage tractors, semi-trucks, heavy duty equipment junk and salvage yard. We spent four hours walking and exploring this junk yard, but it wasn't long enough. There is school buses and truck trailers scattered around the yard that are filled with rare vintage car parts.

That's Mercury Comet is a 1971 or a 1972 GT. Those two years had the straight stripe. The GT got an arch on the stripe in 73. It also has the small bumper metal filler pan. In 73 it went to a plastic rubber filler pan. The comet on the Maverick chassis started in 1971.

Ok seems I know nothing about cars to me the green car looked like a 72 Nova or at least when I was a young teen we put a 68 Lincoln motor in a 72 nova body and a Camaro front clip under it and a 72 Chevy pick up rear end that was a 10 bolt long before there was a word called Rat Rod you see in 1979 we was kids on a farm having fun and it was a City Boy who come up with Rat Rod and my family been doing that scents the 40s Running Mountain Dew or Corn Whiskey and maybe before that even.
