If one of nozzle (spout) gets clogged, the top of spout (black circle) is actually a cover. Use thin narrow knife to pop it open and there is a torque screw. Unscrew and take cover off by pulling top part upward. Carefully pull the nozzle part out by pulling toward you (disconnect water & coffee hoses). And you're welcome. Haha
