I think Ms Read does not recognize that she is sitting at the defense table *because she* is the person charged in this case and now I see her with folders and papers and packing up her workload notes at the end of the day, as she now believes she has actually morphed into part of the defense counsel....🤪 Can’t say if I know one way or the other regarding innocence or guilt, but I think we all need to remember that John O’keefe lost his life and the two children he stepped in to raise, after losing both their parents, have now lost yet another parenting figure and stable life they knew. Mr O’Keefe’s death and those two innocent children are the truest victims in this sad case.

You’d be forgiven for thinking that Karen read is the ultimate victim here, nobody else. She’s smiling and nodding her appreciation at the ‘fans’ outside, like a wronged celebrity. She spends most of her time inside the courtroom glaring at witnesses, smirking at testimonies and sniggering with Mr Jackson. Contemptible behaviour when the mother and brother of John O Keene are a few feet away from her. Not one glimmer of emotion did she show upon the deceased photos of Mr O Keefe. Ok, it’s two years ago since he died, but anyone with a sliver of humanity would have at least felt something….. instead, she’s got a face like stone, granite!……. So yes, Mr O Keefe and his family have been the forgotten faces of this whole Karen Read drama. 5 AM- The Freudian slip, calling her parents 2x that night, witness and video testimony that taillight was broken long before the sallyport, she told Jen before she backed into Johns car, and Kerry saw it. The daughter said she changed her story to everyone she talked to, she overheard Karen say Maybe I did something, maybe a snowplow hit him. This was a crime of passion, she wanted to separate John from his kids, she said so in text that the four of them together are toxic, and that she put their relationship as more important than the kids, she was trying to make him choose her. He didn't and he paid the price. Anyone who says there is no evidence after 8 weeks of the prosecution proving with forensic tech, dna, witnesses, doubling or tripling up on experts, that is a fantasy to say there is no evidence. Karens behavior in court is dispicable, no remorse and no concern for the family. The jury was looking at her giggle, smile, roll her eyes - all while the family is mourning. They see that, we know they see that, that is why there is another jury member down and that is why Karen has reeled in her looks. I pray for a humbling, because only through a humbling can we learn and grow. She left a wake of victims in her path, with the help of the media.

Do you know what a Freudian slip is? How is her calling her parents a Freudian slip? How does that prove anything? I have to assume you haven’t been paying all that close attention to the trial. These were some of the worst witnesses in the history of witnesses: half of them can’t remember anything; the other half completely contradict things they’ve said in earlier statements and interviews and others are destroying phones, magically butt dialing one another at odd times of night while they’re sleeping and having conversations. Their star witness is a completely biased investigator who had a conflict of interest because he had close ties to the people who were there the night this all happened. The evidence was collected improperly; no chain of custody was maintained, crime scene was as left unsecured for hours; evidence miraculously popped up weeks after the trial. Surveillance video was suspiciously lost, or heavily edited. A hair magically stayed on a car during a winter blizzard with high winds and heavy snow while being towed. People saw a car that couldn’t have been there at a time when the driver of the car was at Johns house connected to wifi. Their accident reconstruction expert had no idea how basic physics works, a tail light someone was supposedly completely obliterated yet it looks to be intact in several videos after that was supposed to have happened , etc etc. Are you not seeing these issues in which raise doubt? You have to had seen all of this if you are watching the trial. Even the ME said that nothing about this appears to be anything like a typical pedestrian strike.

I guess I’ll be the first to say this. But if anything, these voicemails prove she did not intentionally kill him. Obviously she had jealousy/trust issues (warranted or not), and she thought he was using her to babysit the kids while he was out mingling. This is not far fetched as it happened in the past and others held the same opinion. She was freaking out and said some regrettable things in an extreme situation where he did not come home. Then by the last voicemail she is begging just to see his face. By that point as she sobered up and more time had passed; she was able to recognize that this was something more serious than him staying out all night. Honestly, I feel terrible for her. What an awful series of events and now this is her life ever since. She never got to see him alive again… as for her not getting emotional in court: a long time has passed and she likely has been required to review this information many times. She’s likely been advised to keep her composure. If she was crying you would all be commenting on her crocodile tears. There’s a lot of saints in this comment section who think, “I hate you” and “pervert” are such fowl language that she must’ve done it. Guess I better hope nothing happens to my boyfriend. Because if he didn’t come home all night like that when he said he would, I could imagine the exact same progression in my thinking. From “when are you coming home??”, to “wtf, you pos?”, to “baby, where are you??” once it had been long enough I knew to be worried instead of mad.

Cops invite John to the drunk party house. He should have gone home with Karen. He had kids.

KR, john passed away!!! Like if he has been sick for some time and in the hospital. Not, John had a accident, or got killed!! She make sure to say that JO went to the party, but NOT her. She should’ve said from the start. I dropped him off and he went into the house, something happened to him here, and go inside the house. Maybe all of them are trying to blame each other (KR, BH, Alberts and Macbes).
