Mam,you add equal proportion of riceflour with gram flour,,some channels measure 2cup of gram flour to 1/2cup of riceflour,could you explain the difference of the output?

I tried this recipe without much exploring and got trapped. My shev has become so hard. Pls reduce the qty of Rice flour. Besan and rice flour should be 3:1 ratio. Or else your teeth will be broken
