Cool stuff! It is always interesting to learn about artists setups. Great job putting this together!

Es ist immer dasselbe, ich sehe deine Videos und habe danach immer Bock auch selber wieder Techno zu machen…. Dein Sound ist einfach zu geil!

@jamesde7775 It's basically a loose collection of all my modules, nothing fancy. But yeah, I might make some videos with patching ideas. 👍☀️

Fantastic job. If this is how good your first “content creator” effort is, the rest will be something to look forward to for sure

I thought the TR8S has internal sidechain? You have to use LFO to duck a sound?
@st-modular2 ай бұрын
@Digiphex on the external input yes, but i'm not aware of any sidechaining between internal tracks 🤔

Subscribed! Now to achieve something with a Disting EX, Disting Mk4, Electribe Sampler, Minibrute 2S, TR8, FH-2 and a BCF2000! Wish me luck! It would seem wise concise choices are the currency here..? Also the end of chain compressor is doing a lot of work too yes.. as things never seem overly busy? Or maybe we are back into the wisdom of choice and appropriateness of sound territory again? Either way inspiring stuff, and I'm gonna have to check out ST modular more.

Great overview! Given me some fresh ideas on using the Octatrack. Curious to know what you have on Track 7 if 8 is the Master and 5 and 6 are the TR8S & Digi

How do you do the assigning on the faderfox knobs?
@st-modular2 ай бұрын
You can do this either on the device in a setup menu or with the help of an app on the computer (via USB). Either way, its very easy and straight forward. 👍

Curious if and how you do any quantisation of the output from your modular box
