I hope the crew is truly appreciative of what a wonderful boss they have in Ryan. I've been working for 30 years and in that time, never got any bonuses, any Christmas/year end parties we had to pay for our own meals, and have had nothing more than 1% pay increases if any at all while the employer continued to make more and more profit and demand more and more out of us while threatening to terminate us at any moment. When Eric was kind of struggling with the menu, I felt that in my heart. The first time my boss took us to a very fancy place, I was so lost. I was worried I was going to use the wrong spoon or something. It made it so I couldn't really enjoy the experience as much as I would have liked.
