I helped Katya craft the English version of her talk, but we were on a super tight deadline - just three days to get it ready! That's a bit of a rush, especially when you consider that even native English speakers spend months prepping for TED because it's the big one. So, she had a tough choice: withdraw or go for it with a less-than-perfect talk. Katya chose to go for it. I respect her decision. While I didn't help her deliver the perfect talk, I know she has a lot to offer as a speaker. She'll definitely prove herself in the future. What would you have done in her shoes? Withdraw or go for it, even if it wasn't perfect?
