I am really being helped by your message today. You care about others. Anxiety can keep others out when we may need and want care. Anxiety shuts people out when we need someone the most. God sent this video, and with medication ( finally ) , I can hear some of your words of care and concern to a safe path of better health for me. I may need that right now. Thank You very much.

First time I read the subtitles, and realised that it is Dawn Elise - I always thought Donnelly 😀. Anyway, I love what Dr Snipes does, very informative, engaging and super helpful. Many thanks!

@@DocSnipes is there a way I can send it to you via email? it's not edited but it's readable, I am trying to write a follow up book on how to cope with the information I know now. so your eyes would really be helpful on a psychological stand point on the triggers PTSD, attachment etc. and finding coping for it. It's my self help book through my life in poetry form.

You are quire welcome. It takes about 48 hours after the video is published to get subtitles. We have to add them manually. If there are other videos you want subtitles added to (older videos) please let me know in comments. Thank you for watching!

I sent this to my 35 year-old anxiety ridden son who is going through a really long, tough time. I don’t know what to do to help him anymore. He used to meditate, but he can’t. He has neurotoxicity right now and has had several brain traumas.
