Gullit, Zola, Di Matteo, Vialli, Dennis Wise, Hasselbank, Desailly all these players had an impact at the club making a name for Chelsea and getting us top finishes in the table.

@@NkemUtomi why? one of the quotes of his reasoning for leaving was because ehe said there were "too many foreigners in the club". He was and always will be a sell out ,trying to appease to racists or xenophobes. At that time English players for the most part were pretty poor in comparison to foreign players. They didn't have the technique and probably laughed at Wenger's stance on better diet and other revolutionary ideas that are now commonplace in English football. I dislike Ashley Cole with passion, but i respect his ability as a player.
