The sooner this utterly disgraceful government goes the better. The British frequently denigrate other countries from the culture to how they are governed but as a nation it needs to grow up and get serious about the economy and society that we live in. @BambiTrout2 жыл бұрын
As much as it is all deeply distressing, it's extremely cathartic. I also find it ironically honest. Like I KNOW they are lying, but they're not even TRYING to cover up their lies - they've gone completely mask off. It's like watching a group of children getting caught red-handed stealing chocolate and trying ANYTHING to not get in trouble. Some of them claim you said it was ok but you forgot, some claim that someone else did it, some claim to have never known anything about any chocolate, some claim they were just following their friends, some claim the chocolate never existed in the first place, some run away and hide in the corner, some pretend not to hear you, some say that YOU actually stole the chocolate, some break down crying about how unfair this all is... and then finally you have the psychopath who says "No. I didn't eat it because it's foreign, dark chocolate with a foreign name. I don't know where it's come from or what it's going to do to me - it could be dangerous. I only eat good, law-abiding, British white chocolate!" I'm being facetious, but that's genuinely what it feels like. It feels like a bunch of kids who've got away with everything for years, suddenly getting told off by the teacher for it, and having no defence, or any fucking clue how to deal with it other than by fumbling THE WORST lies ever. It exposes them for the idiots they truly are, and the humiliation they receive is the perfect punishment for the humiliation they have visited upon the rest of us.

@@BambiTrout I was laughing sooo much reading this. I know it isn’t funny, yet part of me feels, this is the only way we can deal with this now while the clowns are running the asylum. I have been bed bound for the last three hew years. Not because of my disabilities but because of poor health and social care have failed me and my disabled daughter who has been left to pick up the pieces. I am on oxygen and breathing machines and various other bits and pieces to keep us going. Like many we worry about bills and on top of this are facing having to move very shortly to bigger city for better health care and support, so are very worried about costs and no support for managing any of this. So reading your post was welcome breath of fresh air. We so need humour to stop the rest of us from going insane. There is something strangely fascinating watching these self-righteous team of individuals squirm and implode after they have looked down on us all of these years. Especially, when they can’t rely on even friendly media to ask soft questions of them , I think the tide started to really turn with covid. It was a great leveller for many people in the country, except many of the Tory’s , especially those at the top of the tree. Even the media have become fed up with the lies and have clearly decided they have to follow the mood of how the country is generally feeling, which is that the tories do nothing but lie and think of themselves first. By all accounts she is consistent in her Mini Budget soon after getting elected to the office. Clearly there is no U Turn on her part in any of her promised actions to Cut Tax. In the first place why her party elected her to the post if her declared policies prior to becoming the PM were unacceptable? The very same people are opposing her now, in the face of nationwide opposition and the criticisms she is receiving from the rest of the world. Is it fair to blame the PM after causing huge damage to the countries economy? This whole fiasco, of which the country is brought to shame, could have been easily avoided only by the thoughtful actions of the people. How about just remove the sanctions that have been wrongly placed on the Russian Federation. Most simple way of dealing with inflation.

Look, she has said sorry for her sixth form 70 billion pound failure and really we should now just pipe down and let our betters continue selling our country to their foreign backers.

Central banks with their lackeys the financial institutions ,in our case BoE and IMF chipping in, with the same owners. They have owned the country for decades. It's a kind of hybrid socialism using a bit of fascism and marxism together.

Sick of all these mps blaming everyone and everything other than themselves for what we’re going through! Yes there are global issues but how is it that us in the uk are so worse off than others? What has happened to this country? - a simple answer is the tories, the government! Who else is to blame anyone with common sense would see that there is no one else to blame they’re the ones running this country!

It was a good decision to limit the help with a review next April. It was stupid to give help for two years when the future is unknown.

I agree but sadly the Tories and more importantly BlunderTruss did not think that far ahead or in that much detail and now they are not able to attack Labour for having that idea first! It seems that all the Tories can do now is to copy Labour! lol

It would be comedy gold except for the fact that a lot of people are really suffering. People vote Tory out of self interest, not realising they ain't actually in the club. It's fkin depressing

James cleverly made himself look stupid. James cleverly said something rubbish. James cleverly didn’t do his job properly. I could be hear all day doing these puns
