Beautiful bowl. My Father-in-law started making wooden bowls after he retired and he enjoyed it so much and he made many beautiful pieces that I now have and will always cherish.. He has passed on now but I so enjoy watching you make your many masterpieces..

You do make gallery quality, especially since each piece is unique in addition to being excellently designed and excellently crafted. People like this wood because it has texture, color, and grain. One man's junk is another man's treasure. Ñot the best thing that's ever come off your lathe, but still a very attractive little bowl. I think I said once before that God made very few boring trees, and this certainly wasn't one of them. Just ask the worms, they apparently found it quite interesting and in turn made it even more so. The way the dust was coming off that piece I expected it to grenade into a cloud at any moment. Well done, Phil.
