Arrrghhh, my voice! This was such a great challenge. Fantastic stories and models from everyone who participated. Looking forward to more challenges in the future! 😊

Hahah, I went through that trial several years ago, you get used to it, great work folks

James, if you'd ever like to organise something similar, we'd be so happy to sponsor you again 😄 We love how much creativity it brought out of all the participants, and how unique each owl turned out, despite coming from the same model. And thank you so much for all the kind words about Wargamer. It is not THE perfect resin, but for tabletop minis, it is pretty dang good 👍

Thanks so much guys, I wish more companies put as much effort into sponsorships as you did. I would be delighted to work with you again.

Whooo, I did manage to sneak in as a text cameo with the mention of Project Owl, woooohooooo!! I'm hoping to be part of the next challenge, as it looked like it was a good bit of fun. I'm also super curious about the resin - hopefully the Canadian distributor will be able to have better pricing, especially for shipping in the near future ^_^

@@RisingApe I am glad I chose the way I did though, as the injury has taken a great deal longer than expected to recover. Got to enjoy seeing all the WIPs and people encouraging each other along though!

Can use it as a additive to another resin that does better resolution to give that resin a better resilience?
@RisingApe4 ай бұрын
Possibly, but its quite unique so it would take some messing with to get it right. I havent tried it so if you do try let me know, I would be interested
@chaley29354 ай бұрын
Well I'll be sure to try it as soon as I can get a printer😊 If everything goes okay I might have a little money in month or so but I'm not sure which printer to get as I'm on a very restrictive income per month. Then I'll do a little printing and try to learn how to paint minis. Which will probably take a little while since I have shaky hands and my age my eyesight is not what it used to be.😅

I tried your code but didn't do anything
@RisingApe5 ай бұрын
At the moment I don’t have a discount code just a link, if you buy anything using it I get a small kickback and you support me and Wargamer. If I do manage to get a discount code I will let you know

This stuff is okay but is outclassed by modern resins in cost and durability. Something like Anycubic ABS like PRO 2 is pretty good for miniatures and like 20$ a kg.

For gaming pieces I really like this stuff but it is expensive. I am not a huge fan of AnyCubics resins but I am a big fan of Sunlu’s ABS like for cheaper resins.
