Ingredients for 4 pieces:
-160g all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 90ml water
- 1 tsp + 300ml cooking oil
Notes and tips:
- Knead the dough thoroughly. It took me about 5 minutes.
- The weight of one ball of dough is about 60 grams, circle diameter 14-15 cm.
- Preheat the oil in a frying pan before putting the dough in.
- It is important to get the oil at the right temperature. If the oil is not hot enough, the flatbread will not puff up. If the oil is too hot, the flatbread may burn. I heated the oil for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
