I love this podcast fearne, it's more important than ever to discuss and share our mental health. I also avoid watching the news, if I need to know anything important such as rules and regulation changes I just ask a friend! I find it way too frustrating listening and watching people disagree and argue over this pandemic when there's nothing I can do to help apart from be there for those around me and take care of myself. Gardening and long walks with friends is my thing but now winter is coming I have felt it alot harder to stay positive so I have lots of litlle projects to do. For example, I'm making an epoxy resin table right now, if it wasn't for lock down I probably would never have done something that i enjoy so much. Finding just little things to stay positive about is better than nothing at all I guess

Great episode, I've learned a lot from both you. Thank you for taking the time to be so honest, I can imagine it being very difficult for people who are always in the public eye. I particularly liked your message on being prepared that it will never truly change but you have to make the best of it. Maybe now I will spend less time worrying and actually getting things done!

Robbie speaks very openly & eloquently about his past and it seems he still needs strategies to stop him going back which I think many people can relate to. Fearne, I’m a hermit too! Hate crowds & I’m not a “social gatherings” person. Very much a homebird & very content with my own company. I used to fight against it to fit in but in my 30’s I decided it was time to honour myself. Some people never got it but it works for me. Be true to yourself is one of the most important lessons I’ve learnt. Great podcast!

Having the feeling of love in the heart space, physically, is so rare and fleeting that we often turn to social recklessness in a desperate attempt to FEEL something. Thus destroying the ability to feel love even more. There are entities which take advantage of the weakened state of the human, making a comeback very very difficult. Love is an exercise that needs to be practiced and strengthened.

This was a brilliant podcast/ interview. I’m a person who suffers with both anxiety and depression, it cost me my marriage and not being around my children everyday (which I’m still struggling to deal with) doesn’t help . I am lucky that myself and the mother to my children are still very close and can still see my children whenever possible but like Robbie and Fearne said it doesn’t stop these feelings and thoughts but I loved how they helped us here on how to try to deal with them. Really positive watch and I am thankful ✌️

I wasn't sure I would like this particular one but it was so great to hear honest no holds barred conversation. Being so open about this subject can only happen after a lot of work. It really helped me whilst I sit and struggle with my studio work today after a year of newly experienced anxiety attacks. Thank you :)

This was one of my favourite so far. Thank you Fearne for bringing mental health to the forefront. It’s taken me many years to be ok with the fact that I struggle with my mental health. I’ve fought it for so long instead of trying to understand why I feel the way that I feel, embracing it and being ok with myself. I’m my harshest critic, I never give myself a break. Listening to Robbie and yourself really helped me this morning so thank you 🙏

Hi Fearne, love your smile and sorry to hear about your panic attacks. I have experienced them myself and they can be extremely frightening. Really liked this podcast and the one with Priyanka. What Robbie said about contentment was spot on, as everything else is just an illusion and money, fame, status etc cannot buy happiness as the Soul just longs for its Creator

Great to hear Robbie talk honestly about his feelings. He's come a long way on his journey. I can relate to everything you're both saying after having my own journey of isolation and then therapy. Having the self awareness and just being content with life is the key. An old cliche, but the answers are all inside us. It takes years to realize that, then when we do, it takes years to work out what they are!! Thankyou for sharing this 💕

It is hard to start meditation if you have anxiety. Setting an alarm for 10 or 20 min of breathing meditation helps. That way you know you can get back to what you were doing.

Yes definitely have seen how we seek approval and try to validate who we are. It's quite revealing to hear that "celebrities" like both of you, feel that same insecurity. We need to know that we are enough and accept ourselves for who we are is crucial for our mental health. Yes, we're children raising children. Our parents passed on their $#%& and we pass on our $#%&. Seeing it that clearly is an amazing realisation 💕
