Good job on the video the only critique I have is you used “the player” many times and it was hard to know if you meant the player who is guessing the player who is writing the words and so on. At the very end you did designate the guesser

It seems the concept of the game is taken from the Filipino game 'Pinoy Henyo', but then reversed and added additional rules

Haha yeah, Tarrant has the idea as example to use "Hantu" as Indonesian word so yes I originally from there :)

So what about using the clue “sing” for the word “song”? I argued against its use and was outvoted

Technically I believe it's valid. Although it shares a common etymology and the words are very similar, 'song' is not technically a form of the word 'sing'. But for edge cases like this I think a vote of the players is the best way to resolve it.
