You being vulnerable and willing to share with us is so much better than all the not real videos and people out there. I really appreciate this about you. 🖤

It’s why I love her channel and community. I’m 28, and I’ve been following for the last 7 years. I’m so over these channels anymore that copy and paste shorts with the same background sound, same moves. Nothing is real anymore it’s all fake. I love Kasey for being a kind real sweetheart!

Kinda saddens me in the society that we have to question a MOM if a BF/GF have separate rooms… none of our business for one and what’s wrong if they did sleep separately? More power to a couple who wants to wait. They are so young it’s none of anybody’s business anywho Hope you feel better today Kasey ❤may the Lord bless you and heal you

I suffer from migraines when I get my cycle, I find that taking magnesium helps. They also have magnesium lotion and when I’m feeling extra stressed, I lather my feet in it and it helps me relax and sleep. I definitely recommend if you haven’t tried it ❤

Thank you so much for being so vulnerable with us, for still uploading even if you don’t feel good and even if you hadn’t, that’s okay too. I love watching your videos when I’m home cleaning or cooking. I relate so much with you with the feelings you have, your age, the changes in our bodies, the grey hair and aging gracefully. Thank you.

So glad you shared your morning Kasey!! I'm 58yrs old (which can't possibly be right! ) have had a hysterectomy so of course no period anymore but have just had a shit day, not enough movement & other shizit - anyway, watching your video made me feel like I was just hangin' w/a girlfriend in a comfortable place, sharing about our Uncomfortable-ness & it was so helpful & of course relatable on so many levels - even w/out having a uterus anymore! LoL!! It's always so nice to be reminded that we are not alone in struggling with life on any given day - You pushed yourself to take care of yourself in whatever way you could & it paid off - it usually does right? so Thank You for sharing!! Glad you're feeling better.

My PMS is really bad, my hormones usually kick my butt in an epic way. One day, talking about it to a person I used to trust 1000%, they just said "so, that's why you don't have children and probably never will; the Lord knows best and motherhood is not for you since you lack control like that". That person knew of my struggles and how badly I wanted to have children so, needless to say, I was devasted when I heard that. Well, fast forward a few years, I do have a child now (the light of my life) and the relationship with that person still exists but it's shattered beyond repair. Glad you're feeling better! Sending a lot of good vibes and energy your way. 🌼

Sounds like some of your symptoms are perimenopause. I’m 40 and I recently went through something similar but it lasted for months and I literally wanted to unalive myself because it was so depressing and intense. I’m thinking about asking my doctor for HRT if it continues to last for long periods because I can’t handle it 😢 I also went through 3-4 months straight of constant night sweats , brain fog, and heart palpitations . It didn’t stop til I took an entire 2 months off and slept the days away and got control of my mental health. I hope you feel better. So sorry you’re going through this, Kasey.

Don't ever think you're complaining. The pain is real . Just so you know I'm not talking out my butt. I had a girlfriend who used to go through the exact pain. I could never know your pain and suffering. But put in some kind words , in pain and suffering. It's so important to have a platform on KZbin. To vent your feelings for Mental health and well being . And sometimes, you just have to say to yourself. I need a Me Day ! That won't change the pain and suffering. But it can be important to know. That' you're just human , you're loved . I heart breaks for you . Mental health platforms are great talking to out is Great . Wishing better days ahead

Hi Kasey. I hope you feel better. I hope you don’t take offense to what I’m going to tell you but I feel you need to know. I think all these feelings have a lot to do with your breast implants. It maybe be the culprit to bad periods .They cause a lot of health issues including depression and hormone imbalances, brain fog, and panic attacks. I had horrible pain in my arm out of the blue. I’m your same age and didn’t know why at such a young age I was having problems. I kept researching about breast implants and decided to remove it for my health. No longer do I have lethargic movements nor arm pain. It’s something to consider! Research breast implant illness.

I use to have horrible periods but it was due to an iud once it was out it went back to normal although it took a few years. I did research on implants because I was thinking about this procedure and I saw some say that it made their pmdd worse. Idk if it’s true but I read some comments and they had some good suggestions. I can’t believe with all the technology we have that doctors don’t have better solutions or advice for periods and menopause.

I got diagnosed when I had my last child 10 years ago. I have tried every medicine there is and birth control. The only thing that even takes the edge off is the flower. But then there’s the munchies and and binging. 😒 I just want to be able to keep a job.

If you can afford to see a functional dr that can help with this. Women shouldn't have to suffer like this in 2024 there is help but sadly its not cheap. I didn't start having horrible symptoms until I started having severe hormone disruption. I'm still trying to fix my hormones but , the insomnia and migraines have gotten better.
