If you are growing only in coconut fiber meaning you are using fertilizer.that is why the veggies grow so big . You are over fertilizing the plants.

Hello Natureboy, i agree with you that more subtitles should be used to explain his methods. But I think i can help a bit, after watching so many of his videos in the past. First his potting mix is as mentioned Coconut Fibre, Compost or well rotted Cow Manure. The seeds he uses are Gynoesious Parthenocarpic, which produces Female only Flowers, that are self pollinating. His first fertiliser is probably a high in nitrogen one for plant and leaf vigour. The pinkish fertiliser is one that I’ve seen before, it’s crushed match heads mixed with water, rich in phosphorus for Flower and Fruit production. Then he topped the pot up with a broader type fertiliser and compost. The last addition was beer and maybe cement powder for a possible anti fungal effect. I’m not as sure on the last one but I don’t think it would hurt the plants. I hope I’ve been of a little help to you. Either way I do enjoy this channel, for the difference between his gardening and the usual practice I’ve grown up with. 👍🏼👍🏼
