If you’re trying to aim for that fluffy texture, would just whisk the eggs with some water and milk. No liquid on the plate afterwards. Likely save cleaning the extra pot/pan

I'm sorry, is this a joke or a parody video? This looked incredibly unappetising. Like others have said, adding the eggs to the veg mix directly would have yielded a more appetising result, most likely. All that watery stuff at 5:13 was not convincing at all.
