Namaste, I liked your calm and composed way of cooking. Sometimes I see myself doing usual things and feel I haste, as if there is a train driver waiting for me to just finish the chore and then take me on his bike to the station to push and start the train.. The recipe looks sumptuous, shall try. The onions didn't look golden brown while you were putting the grated carrots in them or so as it seemed to me. Out here golden brown looks almost like birista. I've recently started learning cooking, thanks to the lockdown, so don't know much. I've seen white onions but never used. Most of the shops here in Delhi keep the red version of the same. Will buy white this time and check the result. Anyways keep up the good work. Regards
