I just now found out about the black panel that you flip from the chest thanks to this video, and it completely cleans up the look of the alt mode, not only by filling up a gap, but also letting the cab chest go all the way down!

@@ExaltedArchvile I like this design a lot better for Bulkhead but if you still want an animated Bulkhead and you don't have the old toy, then APC Toys just came out with their copy of the old version for a very reasonable price.

Something that helps from going truck mode, to robot mode, is flip out the feet/toes without grabbing the heel spurs, if the heel spurs are tabbed in place, they will stay in place and you only end up opening the toes, resulting in a whole foot

I need help transforming the arms back into position. If you could show me a video on how to get the arms specifically back, it could help a lot. It's like they're stuck on some part of the figure itself.

If you think about it for a second he's literally curling up how we did in Transformers costumes as kids. Laying facedown on your elbows and knees with your arms bent and knees up against your belly.

Trying to transform him to a truck, I got the top and the bottom but when it's time to snap the 2 together, the legs are upside down and I cannot figure out how to.fix it!

I spent over an hour trying to figure this damn thing out. Finally got it with this video & I had to continually stop it to examine & compare my kid’s toy with the image. No way was I or my kid going to figure it out by the printed instructions. This freaking thing is by far not an intuitive or instinctive process.
