The instructions are hard to read since it’s basically black and white so this definitely helped

I’m kinda late picking this one up and I may be just transforming incorrectly because I haven’t seen else doing this, but I’ve noticed the grey piece on the back of starscreams head has two tabs on the sides of it. If you keep it straight out from his back rather than tucking it in, the shoulder pillars have cut outs on each side that catch those tabs and it then fills in the space between his back and the wings.

I just got this thing on Amazon and OMG you’re 100% right! Otherwise, when I push in the pieces that stand up behind his shoulders, his head tilts back and it never fits right. It’s way too hard to rotate the piece out from inside his back, showing it’s not supposed to go that far back after you disconnect it from his head. If you make it horizontal rather than pointing into his back, it fits perfectly, everything is more secure, and his head doesn’t tilt back. Thank you!

Mung Seldou I just picture the windows being like their eyes in vehicle mode so you could think of it as like a rear gunner bubble or viewport and swivel the guns to the rear to shoot down any pesky autobots following close behind

Apparently mine one's chest keeps on fall apart when you do the step so I just remove and leave his head a little bit exposed

I just got Thundercracker today. Hooray for spotty waves up here in Canada after the first wave of any line. I honestly don't think I could have transformed him without this video. First problem was figuring out how to pull the backpack so that it would pull away so the nosecone can be formed. The other issue I had was I couldn't get the legs figured out until I did it while following along with this.

Idk I’m really torn on his “jet” mode, I love how it’s pretty much a Star Wars ship with starscreams paint job, but the bottom is a bit rough lol though I’m not sure how you could make it any more compact than that, so it’s still pretty cool all things considered I suppose

Is there some kind of trick to getting the head to fold into the torso cavity completely? I can only get it to go part way inthankfully it doesn't seem to effect the transformation to much.

It will, you just have to fight with him. So stubborn I was actually legit worried about mine breaking and there's still clicks that I couldn't get because of it. I think emgo316 has transformed his a few times...

It's not the best Cybertron G1 vehicle mode. It's difficult because they wanted to retain a G1-esque robot design but it comes at the cost of the vehicle transformation where it doesn't work quite as well. A decent figure overall, but could've been better. Like I wouldn't pay full price $29.99 for it. $14.99 at most.
