I'm about 33 minutes in it says Sasuke and Naruto were sparring Sasuke was going at 90% in Naruto is going at about 25% he's literally an anbu there is no way that he should be going at 25% to keep up with Sasuke maybe 5%

What some one who was mainly train in stealth and assassination need to put in effort in an out right fight who would have guessed, hmmm did you just say he’s using an un finished Taijutsu hmmm that almost reasonable… you say he was an active (as in on duty) anbu for only 2 years at best and a lot of that time was him being force to play a fool…things start to make sense but you can come to what ever conclusion you want but remember Anbu is stealth and loyalty not strength XD
