BOTTOM LINE . . . . if the cop has the right stuff your going to be arrested no matter what you think or say. Cops have all the advantages through comments like; "stop resisting, don't pull away, I smell something, why are you NOT COOPERATING and the always helpful, WHAT ARE YOU ACTING SO NERVOUS ARE YOU HIDING SOMETHING?" Your threats of recording, wanting a lawyer, you'll sue all fall on deaf ears
