The Xbox controller on PC does not work correctly with the Vulcan for some reason. It works fine with any other jet or aircraft.

No that's not known yet. We release on PC first, from our website. Then after a short period we'll submit to MS for Marketplace placement. MS then do their stuff. I think currently the wait time is quite extended so it's not going to be that soon by the looks of things. Sorry I cant give you a more positive answer.
