That plaintiff in the first case needs a reality check.

Be appreciative of what you have. Mr. Parrish sounds like a very nice man-- very outrageous to call him manipulative.

The plaintiff in the second case is a comolete and total Gold Digger.

That first plaintiff is crazy & hard headed. His logic is flawed. He seems greedy and blinded by that fact.

The son wasn’t even involved with his own father trying to help. The neighbor was sweet to do this.

the defendant should have got his 1800 dollars back since they aren't engaged anymore lol

Nah, him paying $1800 was part of the agreement lol. He’s just happy he’s not on the hook for another $5600 and that he’s not engaged to such a materialistic bitch.

Case #2: The defendant dodged a bullet with the plaintiff. It was all about her for sure.

Greedy son who had nothing to do with his father. Let the Defendant have the mower. Plaintiff deserves nothing. *first case(

Be appreciative of what you have. Mr. Parrish sounds like a very nice man-- very outrageous to call him manipulative. I also encourage everyone to make the most of their time with their parents because one day you could be looking at your phone and want to call them and then you realize you can't 'cause they're gone. So, don't always take life for granted. Life each day to the fullest.

HOW is it taking advantage of his neighbor if Mr. Parrish is willing to mow his friend's lawn and maintain the gardens, and he even put an additional $2000 with the money they got for the broken lawn mower to purchase a new one, so he could continue doing the yardwork. I didn't see the plaintiff offering to do his Dad's yardwork or other household chores/maintenance. He's just mad because now, his father is gone and he wants the fancy, new riding mower and his neighbor says that the Dad gifted it to him as a thank you for doing his yardwork for all these years. It sounds like the father and Mr. Parrish were good neighbors and friends and I would be fairly confident in assuming that now that his friend has died, Mr. Parrish is still mowing the lawn for his neighbor's wife, as a kindness to her. That makes sense to me.

who has the ring? Greedy woman, she wanted ring give it to her and the bill. Too bad she didn't give the defendant his 1800 back because she clearly scammed him for a ring and ran.

I completely agree with the plaintiffs the samer thing happens to me in my unit a townhome and the person next door attached to my unit is always vaping skunk smell comes through the walls the vents my own private laundry room in my unit that I pay for it comes through my kitchen Draws why do those of us who pay for our homes have to suffer and our quiet peaceful enjoyment of the homes we pay for ? This judge was wrong it absolutely interferes with those of us who don't do the drugs to that constant skunk smell in our home I feel the same we are made to breathe that in in our homes we pay for so judge what are our rights ? The smells you mentioned about your favorite restaurant smell or curry please so ridiculous you are not subjected to it I often wonder if i was tested would it show up in my system so annoyimg listening to this judge now question.the plaintiffs about how often they text this guy so now it's the plaintiffs fault that their quiet peaceful enjoyment it's our fault shes ridiculous and shows the problem how we have to deal with these people with their skunk smell so plaintiffs find something that's legal and do some karma back to this inconsiderate fool. Then maybe he will move or close his windows. People have the right to quiet peaceful enjoyment of their home and I don't see how we have to sit on our furniture or walk into our homes we pay for and they smell like skunk due to ignorant losers. She's so snippy and rude too. Disgusting ruling the plaintiffs were telling the truth about how it interferes with your peaceful living in your home and definitely causes people with allergies or breathing health problems like COPD more dangerous risks because we now have to be the ones to accept these skunk people. Disgusting ruling.

In the first case, the son is insane. It is very clear the old lawn mower no longer exists. I guarantee the greedy son is more concerned with money than mowing a lawn.
@CeltycSparrow6 ай бұрын
He absolutely wants the money. If he had REALLY wanted to do his parents' yardwork himself, he would have been doing it already. I would wager a confident guess that Mr. Parrish is STILL doing both yards, just as a kindness to his friend's widow, since her son is never around to help her. And he's probably not charging her a dime to do it, either. Her son is just jealous of this man who shared a close paternal-esque bond with his father.
