Le bon sens aurait voulu qu’on anticipe en construisant des retenues en amont des villes pour maintenir un débit acceptable et plus régulier en aval tout au long de l’année, mais depuis quelques années l’administration ordonne la destruction des ouvrages sur les rivières au nom de la continuité écologique, ce qui a amplifié massivement un phénomène parfaitement prévisible : quand l’eau s’écoule plus vite elle s’écoule moins longtemps !
