In my early 20’s I only dated men 10+ years older than me. Not for financial reasons or anything. I just had an attraction to older men. I feel for this young man. Older men always had a way of putting me down and comparing me to their teen children (when they had them). I am a hopeless romantic like this guy. At 21 I would’ve jumped for joy at such a kind gesture even from someone I was talking to for 3 weeks. I hope he holds on to that romantic heart of his.
