It is spray painted with "ha ha," indicating that, like in the comic books, Robin (Jason Todd) was murdered by the Joker. Joker is taunting Batman, getting him to blame himself for sending the Robin out to confront the Joker instead of going himself.

"No Lanterns, no Kryptonian" really takes a whole different meaning in this Snyder Cut. 2:10 That scene was epic; basically: "mofo we don't even have fear in our Amazonian dictionary; come and test us at your own peril" Amazons were bad ass warriors in this movie.

He’s portrayal fit better with this type of movie. Christian Bale’s Batman wouldn’t fit in as well with this movie. Each Batman and yes even each joker including Leto’s joker fit for their respective movie. Take for example, Heath ledger. You couldn’t have his joker in the suicide squad movie that was made. Wouldn’t fit well. Couldn’t have Nicholson’s joker in the Dark Knight movie either.

I took Joker's trembling as his fear of Batman crossing the line and brutally killing him, not Joker trembling at the thought of Harley. Joker has always been presented in most mediums now as a villain who fears, loves and respects Batman, so Batman threatening to kill him for Harley would probably make him uneasy.
