Rocet Racoon and Groot also is still far more enjoyable that the cg i'm watching right now from this trailer. The fur on the racoon is extremely detailed. The shiny and bright cg you're talking about leans more to the stylistic choice, which is fine by me. They don't have the uncanny valley problem unlike this cyborg who looks more like a plastic mannequin with metallic body and the movement that is far less fluid and life-like.

So, I get that they spoiled the return of Superman with the dirt at the end of BvS, but for his death to have any impact at all, Superman needs to be absent for a while. We have to see the others struggle through this first chapter on their own, then come up against a threat they can't handle, and then re-introduce Superman. To bring him back too early is to wipe away his death at the end of BvS. I agree that killing him off was a bad idea, but that ship has sailed and now they need to go with it. If they do it right, Superman's return will be epic. If they bring him back too soon, it will just be meh. My 2 cents.

You got me thinking, so I've done a little reading on the subject. And actually, lightning can be a variety of colors! The blue tint that we associate with it is often a result of the kind of film used to photograph lightning strikes. There are a variety of other factors involved, including heat and particles in the air. In fact, yellow is relatively common! Red lightning indicates rain, orange and yellow indicate a high concentration of dust. It can even change in a single strike, moving to warmer colors as the "channel" nears the ground. So from what I've read, yellow might actually have been a more accurate hue for the Flash, after all! At least, as far as anything pertaining to fantastical super-powers can be "accurate." I suppose it's not really lightning in the traditional sense, anyway.

I'm a CGI animator and even I think it's over used, it's a tool like any other and must be used for the right things. The special effect should never take priority over the story and characters within it. Unfortunately, that's what's happening. Atleast the CGI for Iron Man and Collusus is mostly good, and not awful. Moments were the CGI shows in Marvel movies are annoying. It's why I hate DC movies today, bad CGI in every scene. I also hate the lack of character development in DC movies. If any DC fan is going to bring up TDK trilogy as an excuse, please F*** of. Recent DC movies are a disgrace compared to TDK trilogy. Marvel makes mostly decent movies, but also some great ones, if your gonna deny it, plzz check IMdB and read some reviews. Shazam ok, first let me say I think cyborg looks ok, some shots might not have finished effects. But what's different between he and ultron is that cyborg has a human face, at least partially. People know what a real person looks like, and they can notice very minor fake looking aspects. That's why the cgi with cyborg needs to be seamless. Ultron was just a big android or whatever, no mixing cgi with human features.

Honestly this doesn't look so bad anymore. It looks like they're actually gonna portrait the DC characters as Gods among men in this movie. That's what separates the theme of Marvel and DC. Marvel characters are much more human like with grave limitations and personality, While DC characters almost seem boundless in power, Always finding new boundaries only to push through them. The parademons dig up his body and take it to Steppenwolf. Then near the end of the movie at the big fight when Batman is about to be killed by parademons he comes up wearing the black suit and asks Batman if he needs help, saved him, then he joins the fight. One of the multiple storylines that was mashed into BvS, was Death Of Superman. Who tf thought that Superman was actually dead?
