Ignoring the fact a lot of "Wall Street bros" and "trust fund babies" often canonically use their wealth to help folks in other ways, they invest their money in tech and gadgets to bring down criminals. Not to mention virtually every crook they fight isn't some poor fella trying to steal to feed his family. No, they are often hardened criminals working for a bigger psychopath who either has dangerous super powers, dangerous weapons or tech, or a mass network of resources, etc.

Before anybody asks you this question, here's a simple but effective way to describe Catman: Imagine if Batman and Kraven the Hunter from Marvel (yes, I know Catman predates Kraven, that's not the point) became one person. He does have angst, but that's not because he's avenging his parents. His dad was an abusive alcoholic and a wealthy big game hunter who "accidently" killed Catman's mom. Side note, his only power is that he literally has nine lives. Only reason he has them is because he stole his cape from a death cult and it gives him powers.

@@llSuperSnivyll I mean, the guy went from being one of Batman's most pitiful joke villains (and also reimagined as a gag hero in Fairly Oddparents) into becoming one of Batman's more "serious" arches who can almost fight Batman to a stand-still in CQC (and beat Bronze Tiger to a draw), an expert tracker who can almost empathize with nearly every animal he meets, have a petty rivalry/friendship with Deadshot (I know Deadshot's kind of a dick, but the respect he has for Catman is astonishing considering how much he likes to "shoot people in the back" in literally every sense of the term), and he's dated both huntress and Cheshire (him and Cheshire have a kid by the way). TL;DR: He's literally a costumed "non-powered" Batman villain. I'd be more surprised if he *didn't* have any plot armor to speak of.

At green arrow’s worst, he’s a narcissist who’s only benefit are his trick arrows which can easily be outperformed by batarang’s or cyborg’s gadgets or some shit. At his best version, Green Arrow is a master survivalist who can shoot a bow and arrow better than an expert marksman can use a rifle. His trick arrows have so many different varieties with many functions each that he can operate independently of Batman or any other techie superhero. His time fighting for his life in the jungle on an island has honed his body and mind to be strong and incredibly perceptive, as well as stealthy. Also, he’s just as effective with guns if the need ever arises!
